Little Flock Christian Church

In 1992, while pasturing a church in Brooklyn, New York, the Lord began to stir in the heart of Pastor Daniel Donzelli that the Lord was going to move him and his family. Both Pastor Dan and his wife, Norma, began to seek God for his direction. They had been pasturing a church in Brooklyn where the people were “lukewarm” for years. When God’s direction to move up to the Albany area became clear, and confirmed in many ways, God gave Pastor Dan the scripture:

Isaiah 55: 12

“for you will go out with joy and be lead forth with peace. The mountains and the hills will break fourth into shouts of joy before you. And the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thorn bush the cypress will come up..and intead of the nettle the myrtle will come up. And it will be a memorial to the Lord. For an everlasting sign which will not be cut off”

After the Donzelli family relocated, God directed and confirmed for them to purchase a old bar on Foster Avenue in Schenectady and renovate it for a church. Shortly after the renovation the Little Flock Christian Church was opened. The Donzelli’s received a word from the Holy Spirit from

2 Corinthians chapter 3 vears 5-6

“Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”

Trusting that his adequacy is from God Pastor Dan and his family has moved fourth and he has pastured the Little Flock Church and continues to do so.
